- Ads must be purchased annually.
- Prices are $120.00 annually, starting January 1 st and ending December 31 st . Any ads placed during the year will be prorated.
- Ads will appear both on QCCC web site AND in QCCC monthly newsletter.
- Ads will be the size of a business card.
- Positioning of ads in newsletter is at the discretion of the QCCC.
- Ads will appear on a “sponsors” page on the web site and include a link to advertiser's web site.
- Digital files of ad to be provided by advertiser. QCCC can not offer design services.
- All fees are payable in advance and are non refundable.
- The decision as to whether an ad may be accepted rests solely with the QCCC.
- The number of ads accepted will be limited and received on a first come, first served basis.
- QCCC can not be held responsible for claims made within content of ad.
- No guarantees can be given or implied as to traffic volumes of web site.
- Once an ad is placed, there will be no changes permitted except for an address or phone number. There will be no additional charge.
