Terms and Conditions
The Queen City Corvette Club, established in 1968, is one of the
Southeast’s largest Corvette clubs. Our
membership surpassed 280 active members
as of January 15, 2012 and continues to attract new members. Our members utilize our club web site, its “Sponsor Page”, and our award-winning newsletter,
the Queen City Corvette Gazette to
keep abreast of club events and find vendors who provide services.
The Queen City Corvette Club’s Advertising
Program is quite simple; in return for an Advertiser’s support, QCCC
will display the Advertiser’s business card in our QCCC Gazette and on our club
web site. A link will be included from
our web site to the Advertiser’s web site, thus affording maximum
exposure. Our goal is that the program
will prove beneficial to both our Advertisers and QCCC.
1) Ads must be
purchased annually at a cost of $120.
2) Ads will
appear both on the QCCC web site and in the QCCC monthly newsletter, The QCCC Gazette.
3) Ads will be
the size of a standard business card.
4) Positioning
of the ads in the newsletters is at the discretion of the QCCC.
5) Ads will
appear on a “Sponsors” page on the web site and include a link to the
Advertiser’s web site.
6) Digital
files of ads to be provided by Advertiser.
QCCC cannot offer design services.
7) All fees
are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
8) The
decision as to whether an ad may be accepted rests solely with the QCCC.
9) The number
of ads accepted will be limited and received on a first come, first served
basis.
10) QCCC cannot
be held responsible for claims made within content of ad.
11) No
guarantees will be made or implied as to traffic volumes of the QCCC web site.
12)
Once an ad is placed, changes will be at the discretion of QCCC and
will only be made if the changes directly impact the Advertiser’s business,
i.e., telephone, address, email, web site changes, etc. There will be no additional charge for this
type of change.
